My main purpose in life is love: love people how I know Jesus loves me. This is what led me to working with people in the coaching capacity. I love to encourage people in a positive way to meet their goals. I started coaching Cycling Classes (Spin) over 10 years ago. This started out as a hobby but as I started to see people transform their bodies, their mindset changed too.
I love creating an environment with great music, dim lighting, and a mind escape while I take you on a 10-15 bike ride. The typical person will burn 500 to 700 calories in a 60 minute spin session.
